In general, I was skeptical how many jobs AI would take. After playing with it myself over the last few months… I do believe it will take many white collar jobs. Ironic, since there was little empathy from the white collar workforce when it came to automation taking blue collar jobs. Quite the opposite. I do not hold the view that this somehow ends in a Utopia where the machines do all the hard work and the humans live happily ever after.
