i think they overdid it a bit 80% of posts are mutuals when it should be more like 50% mutuals and 50% broader interests on FYP or maybe add a ‘following’-like tab called trending which has the most viral posts that would interest you still need the morning newspaper to scroll

feed got much worse imo noticed last ~3 weeks the feed was way more addicting than usual, mostly sensationalized, euphoric, and hyperbolic content which is literally what makes social platforms tick -> make more money less entertaining now, don't expect it to stick
