@Mat_Sherman I scrolled through it and I’ve talked to brokers/boutique investment banks that help with fundraising Most of the $/value is paid on success - bigger # sure but contingent on success. I don’t understand paying 1% upfront regardless of outcome.

Stop cold emailing investors to investors. It signals you’re an outsider. You don’t need to give up that information so early on. Plus it’s probably don’t gunna work out for you.
