I have sent out numerous e-mails and have phoned into @VoxTelecom for help. Nobody responds to me as they continue to hold my account hostage. I’ve paid for the month, yet I’m receiving no internet. I’m being ignored. This is one of the worst service experiences I’ve EVER had!
