Our club has been run by the wrong people in the wrong way. We now find ourselves in a desperate place. Those that have got us here aren’t the right people to get us out. This is not just a financial issue but a cultural issue that has been allowed to exist for far too long.

Exactly right! When will the truth come out @sxcricketchair? In a bit of tricky spot now you turned your back on Sussex Cricket people and chose to protect all the lies and liars? Walls are closing in as too many people care too much about this Club for this to continue

@SussexCCC It’s such a shame that so many think it’s a money thing - it’s not. I have coached and mentored Ali since he was 9 years old. I find it very frustrating that a Sussex born and bred cricketer would leave a club that he loves. When will the truth come out?

This is the best thing to have happened to @SussexCCC in a long time! Good riddance! A couple more to go (including @sxcricketchair) & you can start to dream of better days for what was once a wonderful club to be a part of…I still have hope 🙏🏻
