At this month’s MƒA Thursday Think speaker series, Dr. Sara Rezvi presented “From Geometric Curves to Celestial Arcs: Contributions of Islam to Mathematics.” This talk highlighted contributions of Muslim mathematicians through the lenses of algebra, geometry, and astronomy.

Last month, ~65 MƒA Master Teachers and NYS Master Teachers and Counselors came together at the @SUNY Global Center for the first annual MƒA Dual Citizen and @NYSMTP Conference. Teachers explored neurodiversity, gratitude, and strategies for collaboration across New York State.
