Service @AmericanAir at #theodorerooseveltairport is disgusting. The assistant never gave me back my credit card and claims to have placed it in my passport! Who does that? I went back within minutes of walking away and he is adamant he place it in the passport?! THIEF!

@AmericanAir I went to the airport to simply buy my ticket for Wednesday travel as that’s what the call Centre said, they couldn’t apply my credit over the phone 🙆🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️! I get to the airport and after all that trouble IM REDIRECTED TO MAKE THE PAYMENT OVER THE PHONE!
