You can't drink when on psych drugs. The problem got worse, not better. Stopping alcohol is a lot less dangerous than stopping psych meds. The former is a detox, the latter is possible suicide.

People swear GLP-1s are 'cheating' and will kill you, but in the past year I've gone down from a size 18 to a size 8 & finally come off SSRIs so if I die, at least I'll die happy. I also finished a 2.5K on my birthday, the furthest I've run in the past 10 years. Go me.
