@chilternrailway poor show 2day on 09:14 Warwick-Marylebone.Air con not working,very hot passengers+no electric plug sockets working either-even though train inspector said would reset (he obviously didn’t). Compensation?+better process for training staff on turning electrics on?

@chilternrailway Hi-off train now/wouldn’t be sure how 2 find out carriage no anyway. It was only one I believe with air con and charger issues so can you work it out from the time (09:14 Warwick to Marylebone) and speaking to train driver and inspector? Also - compensation+staff training point?

@MattAdamWAD Hi Matthew, I am sorry to hear about your experience today. It may be that unfortunately there was a fault with the carriage and they were unable to reset it. Are you able to provide the carriage number so I can pass this on to the fleet team for investigation? ^FK
