Just because Kaidro hasn't followed the crypto "norm" of little updates centred around creating pumps and dumps doesn't mean its dead. Honestly web3 gaming and IP plays are a really boring space to be in at the moment, and a big part of it is that every nearly every single whitepaper and project timeline could be created with "Chatgpt, create a project based on XXXX from 2021 and 2022, but with XXXX done slightly different". It's just the same stuff over and over. Raise some VC funds (or don't). Mint a collection or token. Release something that 'rewards' holders and creates an expectation that they will profit. Release a low budget game to try and hold users attention for a couple months. Suddenly everyone acts surprised when assets start dipping, users start leaving (despite this being the life cycle for 999/1000 web2 games). Kaidro has definitely made some mistakes over the last year or so, personal opinion being that the biggest mistake is the focus on their game development in quite a saturated crypto market. However at the same time I appreciate that they are properly attempting to create a brand and world, get it visible among standard markets, and gain a base of people actually interested in the product rather than the profits. It's a lot more interesting than most other projects out there, despite there being no update every 3 weeks of "Mystery box mint!!!".

Leak Alert?!?!?!?! So just nosying around google to see if there was any info out there on @kaidrochronicle's upcoming publisher deal, and what do we have here...... Barnes and Noble pre-orders? Honestly if this is the case then that will be absolutely awesome to see a crypto IP appearing on bookshelves in a massive chain-store like this. Honestly, I have no idea. The reason I initially bought into kaidro was their idea for the short form anime which revolved around putting out micro "episodes" on platforms like tiktok 2 to 3 mins per. I hold out hope that if they can get a bit of interest in the whole Kaidro "world" that it could happen. And I personally think that for 90% of nft collections the actual use cases for them don't mean much, the price pumps more come about from people wanting to be involved in holding things to join the community. Anything else is just a pump and dump really.

Honestly its just what @RZZ886 has said below in this case - theres no new news that isn't already known (upcoming deal), so with having sold a 1/1 I wanted to grab a couple in between staking seasons as listings vanish during the seasons since you can't stake them for rewards and list at the same time.

Yo guys, I went full nerd mode 🤓 and did a deep dive into the $KONG airdrop data. Here’s what I found 👇 Tier 2 (11,250 KONG airdrop) Total wallets: 751 (counting as unique people). Total distributed: 7,526,250 KONG. Out of those, 31 staked their KONG. 22 are brand new to the community (no Genesis or Baby NFTs). 9 are OGs who already had NFTs. Among the 22 new: 13 staked the full airdrop (11,250). 4 staked less than 10k (one dude staked literally 1 KONG 😂). 3 actually bought more and staked between 25k–62.5k (probably chasing staking tiers). TL;DR → That’s 21 real new users at a cost of 358,392 KONG each. Extra upside: they generated 36,854 KONG in additional buys (staked total = 284,354 from buys + airdrop). Tier 1 (1,650 KONG airdrop) Total wallets: 5,000. Total distributed: 8,248,350 KONG. Out of those, 422 staked. 375 are brand new to the community. 47 are OGs with NFTs. Among the 375 new: 290 staked the full 1,650. 16 staked slightly less. 69 went crazy and bought more (staking anywhere from 1.8k up to 650k 😳). TL;DR → That’s 375 new users at a net cost of only 14,815 KONG per user. Extra upside: they generated 2,074,164 KONG in additional buys (staked total = 2,692,914 from buys + airdrop). 📊 Conclusion Tier 1 = massive success ✅ → super cheap acquisition (<15k KONG per user), and we got 375 new community members, many of whom made meaningful buys. That’s a 7.5% conversion rate (375/5,000). Tier 2 = not so good ❌ → only 2.8% conversion (21/751), and the cost per user was way too high. Basically more of a money drain than value creation. Key takeaway Big whale airdrops don’t really move the needle. It’s way better to invest in smaller, targeted airdrops for new people who don’t have much history in crypto—those folks actually see the value in joining the project and community. ------- Final Toughts 🧠: Every mistake helps us improve this is just the first iteration in this new @CyberKongz journey, and we’ve already gained a ton of valuable lessons. I think that’s awesome, plus we now have a bunch of new members experiencing the true $KONG community effect

Personally think a part of it is that its so easy for people to buy tokens pre-TGE now. Previously not everyone was getting involved in pre-sales and funding rounds, now literally ever man and his dog has access to some form of VC funding/angel round type pricing. Then theres normally a public pre-sale too. By the time it comes to TGE every bit of liquidity that people wanted to put into the token is already there, so people just want to take their small profits and get out again.

I'm becoming more and more bearish on airdrops for games TGEs are so hyper efficient now that everyone just expects to sell We're ideating on a potential solution for Grand Arena, let's see if it works out

Since the balance update, climbing the rankings in season 2 will be very stressful. Sometimes it depends on a bit of luck when getting crits, Meta has shifted to 24h+ missions and is no longer spamming 1h missions 😎 Looks like my top 10 goal will be a bit difficult. @Kttyworld
