Some swings on the trackman from today. I am up to 103 with my metal bat and 100.2 with my wood bat. After fixing my swing to better handle higher velocity and losing 10 pounds to better field my position, I am very happy with these results. Coaches use info in bio to reach out.

@BBGreatMoments I watched my son hit two grand slams in an 18u spring league game this year. It was unbelievably cool.

The odds of someone hitting two grand slams in the same inning is basically 1 in 75869695847. In ‘99 Fernando Tatis Sr. did it. He’s the only one in baseball history to ever accomplish this feat.

Three sprint videos, in chronological order (recent-past). The first video was taken today. Compared to the other videos, I am 10 pounds heavier and definitely would appear much faster/smoother. There is about a year and a half of separation from the first to the last video.
