@BuildingandDIY There is no mention within these photographs that a basin needs to be bought separately and therefore I will not be buying a basin. Unless a basin is supplied at no extra cost I will be seeking legal advice and consulting trading standards

@BuildingandDIY From the attached photographs which are taken from your website regard the RAK ceramics JOY wall hung vanity unit. The first photograph states with basin. The second photograph mentions supplied with a single tap hole vitreous china basin.

@BuildingandDIY I have been in touch with your customer service department who informed me that the basin is not included in this order. The unit and the basin have to be ordered separately and that I will have to place a new order for basin

@BuildingandDIY I have recently taken delivery of a RAK Ceramics Joy wall hung 600 vanity unit with basin in Urban Grey however once I’ve opened it I have discovered there’s no basin. Your website states it supplied with a single tap-hole vitreous China Basin.

@pcworld worst customer service department I’ve ever come across. You speak to one person and they tell you something, when that doesn’t happen the next person tells you something completely different! Clearly not acceptable
