@journojohn I remain deeply disappointed. Taking a mark in your 22 and calling for a scrum to then force a scrum penalty is exceptionally clever thinking. It exploits a loop hole in the law. I am at a loss why our clear explanation of smart SA rugby tactics causes you & others such grief.

@vanzyl_dan @KearneyRob Dan your statement is factually wrong.I have never suggested stopping the contest in the scrum. Scrums in 80s & 90s we’re hard fought for possession because scrums were the best attacking platform in rugby. When free kicks were replaced by penalties backline attack diminished.

If you don’t want scrums @MattRCNM @KearneyRob then support rugby league. Scrum and lineout very important in our game

Cracking match. SA hate chasing the game. So much talent in green but they have kicked away far to much possession. SA should have game win. France unbelievably brave short kicking game. What a match.
