security researchers compromised mckinsey's internal AI agent in under 2 hours using prompt injection this is exactly what every enterprise fears about agent adoption and it's why I architect differently file-based handoffs between agents. no direct API chaining. compartmentalized memory. if one agent gets compromised, it can't cascade. security isn't a feature you add later. it's the foundation.

Paying for AI tokens you never see. o1 and DeepSeek R1 generate internal "thinking" tokens before every response. You're billed for all of it. 3-5x your visible output. I was running R1 for email sorting. Thousands of invisible tokens per day. Use reasoning models for reasoning. Standard models for everything else. Big difference. #OpenClaw

I BUILT A $5,000 AI AUTOMATION FOR ROOFING COMPANIES And you can copy it. This one handles everything roofers hate touching: • Reads the incoming job requests • Pulls out the project details • Checks availability • Builds the estimate using their exact pricing logic • Sends the proposal • Books the job • Follows up • Invoices • Collects payment • Requests the review All without the owner unlocking their phone. Same CRM. Same calendar. Same inbox. Just a system doing the work instead of a human. If you want the breakdown (how it works, what tools run it, and the logic behind the whole thing): Comment “500” and I’ll send it to you. (must follow for DM)

Two free tools that cut my OpenClaw bill by $200+/month: Exa AI -- free web search via MCP. Replaces Perplexity API. 30-second setup. Ollama + Llama 3.2 -- local model for email sorting, calendar parsing, anything mechanical. Zero API cost. Most people don't know these exist. Now you do. #OpenClaw

this @openclaw agent replaced my $8K/month content strategist for $30 😱 i'll show you EXACTLY how to build it live with @boringmarketer vibe marketers. here's the system: step 1: scan 1000s+ creators for outlier signals → @virlomain watches your niche 24/7 → it finds outlier videos that beat the creator's OWN average by 10x-50x. → last week it flagged a 51x outlier. 4,800 avg views. one video: 249,000. step 2: pull the raw evidence → @adrian_horning_ 's ScrapeCreators fetches the full package → thumbnail, caption, stats, creator context → this gives the AI everything it needs to analyze. step 3: break down WHY it worked (7 dimensions) → Content DNA runs each video through Gemini 3 Flash via @OpenRouterAI → topic, angle, hook structure (visual + text + spoken), story beats, visual format, key visuals, audio → the output is a "brick." the portable structure that made people stop scrolling. step 4: rank the reusable bricks → @openclaw compares all 10 breakdowns → scores each brick by portability and frequency → bricks showing up across 3+ creators = highest confidence bets step 5: generate 10 concepts in your voice + 3 psychology frameworks → learns your voice so output sounds like you → then runs every concept through Puppet Strings (desire), Scroll Traps (attention), and Care to Click (action) → you hit emotion and desire. not just features. every hook is copy-paste ready. step 6: delivers 10 concepts every monday at 8am → cron runs the whole pipeline overnight → pick 3. film. post. done. input: your niche output: 10 proven content concepts every monday a GOOD content strategist costs $8-10K/month. this runs for ~$30/month in API costs. on march 12, me and @boringmarketer vibe marketing community are building this system live: - brand voice file - content radar scanning your niche - content DNA breaking it down - weekly cron, scheduled and firing you leave with a running system (not a repo to figure out later) comment VIEWS + like + follow (must follow so i can DM you the link to join)

Paperclip has achieved takeoff and there's three things we need to ship this week: - agent company templates - plugin system - remove dotta bottleneck Paperclip will be the first portable way to download and run an agent led company COMPANY TEMPLATES: Paperclip is the best way to coordinate agents if you BYOA (bring your own agents) but great agent architectures are hard to figure out. With templates, we will make it easy for anyone to instantly incorporate the best agent architectures. Plus it means Paperclip can solidify its position because any architecture anyone invents can be instantly run in Paperclip PLUGIN SYSTEM The core of Paperclip has to stay small, well tested, flexible. But everyone has ideas for how to extend it and a solid plugin system will help us sandbox and test behaviors. The community has already built a detailed spec and started implementing this REMOVE DOTTA BOTTLENECK We've had hundreds of pull requests that range from amazing to slop. Managing this in a scalable way that still protects our users security is still a hard problem. Our agents help, but prompt injection is still a real risk - as always human taste, judgement, and accountability are still important here 📎 TAKEOFF 📎 We're going to ship a v1 of all three of the above this week. With templates, plugins, and a scalable community driven dev process, Paperclip will remain the number one platform for zero-human companies. ITS TIME TO CLIP 🖇️🖇️🖇️🖇️🖇️🖇️🖇️🖇️🖇️🖇️🖇️🖇️

This Google Maps Lead Gen Agent is absolutely insane 🤯 Enter a keyword, city, & state → get back names, phone numbers, emails, websites, & reviews. All inside Google Antigravity + Claude Code. Perfect for agencies and lead gen operators who need prospecting data without paying insane SaaS fees. Here's the problem: You're manually searching Google Maps. Clicking through listings one by one, copy-pasting phone numbers into a spreadsheet. It takes hours to build a decent lead list. This scraper solves it: → Enter your keyword (plumber, dentist, realtor, etc.) → Pick your city and state → Set the number of results you want → Hit search and let Apify do the scraping → Save leads you like to a bookmark list No manual searching, no copy-pasting, no paying $200/month for a lead gen tool. What you get: - Full search results with business info - Bookmark feature to save your best leads - Search history to track past scrapes - Option to host it on Replit so your team can use it Built 100% with Claude Code & Antigravity. I recorded a full walkthrough showing exactly how I built this from scratch, plus all the prompts I used. Want all the prompts I used for Claude Code so you can build it yourself? > Like this post > Comment "LEADS" And I'll send it over (must be following so I can DM) Follow @techwithashiqur

Companies pay me to build multi-million dollar automated systems. But this CRM is yours for $0: I've been engineering for 22 years. Built systems for Nestle. Mars. Coal mines. Pharma. Across 4 countries. I've built more scaled and robust systems than most people on this app combined. And when I started helping digital businesses grow... I realized one thing: Most CRMs are overcomplicated TRASH. So I built a no-code, open-source CRM that does exactly what you need. Here's what you get for free: • Auto-deal creation from your calendar (Calendly, HubSpot, GHL compatible) • Deal source tracking with visual breakdowns • Average calls to close and days to close metrics • Follow-up automations (call, SMS, reminders) • Domain blacklist to filter out existing clients • MRR/LTV tracking with fully customizable graphs • Complete code + installation walkthrough 1,000s have already downloaded and are LOVING it. Want access? • Comment "CRM" • Connect with me (so I can DM you the link) And I'll DM it to you! PS - It's 100% open-source. You can rip it apart and rebuild it however you want. That's the whole point.

OpenClaw at $40/day is a configuration problem. The default sends everything to your most expensive model. Heartbeat checks. Calendar lookups. Email sorting. All Opus. Fix it: Complex reasoning -> Sonnet/Opus Daily ops -> DeepSeek or Gemini Mechanical tasks -> Ollama (free, local) I run 12 agents. Under $15/day. #OpenClaw

I built an openclaw tool that automatically builds websites for leads it scrapes from google maps, auto-records the website as a video, and sends it to them as a cold pitch... It literally screen records the website that was made for THEIR business, so the lead will feel it's personalized This is an all encompassing machine to sign clients and fulfill all in one loop Reply "video" and I'll DM you a free prompt to build it yourself. I just vibe-coded a Meta Ads Bulk Uploader in Claude Code that uploads dozens of Facebook and Instagram ads in minutes 🤯 Drag and drop your creatives, connect your live Meta account, publish directly through the Marketing API. Built 100% in Claude Code. Perfect for media buyers and DTC brands who are still uploading ads one at a time in Ads Manager. If you're a media buyer spending 10+ hours a week uploading ads one at a time in Ads Manager — attaching videos, picking thumbnails, naming ads, toggling enhancements, repeating 50 times ... This eliminates the entire workflow: → Drag and drop dozens of images/videos at once → Add multiple primary texts, headlines, and descriptions per batch → Pick your campaign and ad set directly from your live Meta account → Clone existing ad sets with one click → Upload custom thumbnails, pick your CTA, launch paused or active No uploading ads one by one. No 2-3 hours of clicking. No $99/month SaaS subscription. What this tool does: → A bulk uploader that publishes directly through Meta's Marketing API → Full creative control — thumbnails, CTAs, ad names, enhancements — all in one shot → Ad set cloning so you can scale winning setups instantly → A free alternative to the $99/month tools that do the exact same thing I'm giving away every prompt I used to build it so you can vibe-code the whole thing yourself. Want all the prompts? > Like this post > Comment "BULK" And I'll send it over (must be following so I can DM)
