@BMW_UK @BMW For all those interested, the latest is that @BMW_UK cannot help. Apparently, BMW garages can do what they want with absolutely no governance. In this instance Berry Cobham advertise an extended warranty and then just choose not to honour. I wish i could do that! #BMW

Absolutely shocking customer service from @BMW @BMW_UK Berry Cobham. Offer an extended warranty when purchasing a used car and then don’t honour it. And don’t get me started on the complaints process. You try and complain and get told there is nothing they can do!

@cpfcpatriot I challenged them on it (taking my wallet off me) and they said they would refuse me entry if I didn’t comply. I offered to show them my wallet themselves but they said they had to search. Really doesn’t seem appropriate.

I don’t know enough about the legalities of searching at a football game but physically emptying someone’s wallet seems over bearing from Brentford. Quite a few unimpressed people complaining about inappropriate searching today…
