@tsauce7 Take flying lessons. It sounds counter-intuitive, but once you hit turbulence while you’re flying the plane and realize how inconsequential it is, you’ll never feel anxiety over it again.

I seriously want to know how yall sleep through turbulence during flights??? I have full blown panic attacks and I will look over and buddy is mouth open completely knocked out. How TF!?
