Given that the original AWB was pre-Heller and had a sunset clause, a lot has changed in the general feelings of the public. Stats also show that the ban did not have a demonstrable affect.

Both have been remanded back to Benitez. In both, his original rulings he stated that they both were unconstitutional based on Heller.
