There are many downsides to being an adult but one of them absolutely is not being able to go and buy an Easter egg and eat it ‘just because’. Why does chocolate taste so much better in egg form?

@Matt_Parkerr I had a few replaced as one had cracked and another was going that way. It wasn't a bad experience, dental worrk is so much better than it used to be. They definitely look better, matched to the colour and shape of your teeth.

Anyone had any experience getting several silver fillings replaced with white ones? I’ve got a lot from childhood sugar abuse that my new dentist is suggesting we change, but I don’t have any issues with them. Obviously they’ll look better but wondered if anyone else had similar?

@mrrobertbrendan As long as I’m being the best version of myself I can be, their words have no business entering my circle & it’s something to gloss blissfully over. If I’m not, & we’d all be lying if we said that didn’t happen sometimes, then its a learning lesson to take on board if appropriate

Question for everyone - how do you deal with negative thoughts? For example you hear someone talk badly about you… how do you reframe that into something positive? Do you reframe it? How do you dig yourself out of that hole? #thoughts

I’m in the States currently and every time I’m here it’s so clear how much better the customer service is here in the UK. Yes I know hospitality workers are aiming for tips because the wage is so low, but they do go above and beyond in comparison and it’s truly lovely to see.

@AmyL_IoM @joannesbitch We as kids born after the war had a breakfast ,dinner, tea, and supper.there was rationing on but our food was good and lasted from one meal to another no supermarkets no ready meals just.mum doing her best to feed is on home grown food no ADHD,AUTISM never heard of
