@Pricerrors Confirming that only one bottle came. The packaging says it’s a 25lb box. So instead of just canceling the seller pulled a fast one and charged us all $21 for a $15 bottle of oil that we all will eventually return.

@Mike_M_Klotz You could get a repair kit from eBay, and actually if you go through the online warranty process, you don’t have to return the broken ratchet. Get that repair kit and boom, 2 working ratchets

RIP to my 25yo craftsman 1/2 ratchet. I’m going to swap it out at Lowe’s for one of the cheap Chinese built modern ones…. But what brand should I buy to replace it? Husky? Pittsburgh? Icon? Something online?
