Wrong. Before y you screech about something being unconstitutional, it helps to have actually read the Constitution and know what it actually says. See the the 20th Amendment, Section 1: “The terms of the President and Vice President 𝙨𝙝𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙚𝙣𝙙 𝙖𝙩 𝙣𝙤𝙤𝙣 on he 20𝙩𝙝 day of January.” Note the constitution doesn’t specify a time the incoming President takes the oath. Rather, it says 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙢s 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙜𝙤𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙋𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙑𝙋 𝙚𝙣𝙙 𝙖𝙩 𝙣𝙤𝙤𝙣 𝙤𝙣 01/20. Although Biden took the oath at 11:47am, he didn’t assume office until noon. It was completely legal. Also, the inauguration was not broadcast early overseas. Thats nothing but a myth but even if it took place at 6 am est, he wouldn’t become President until noon, per the Constitution.
