Diversity comes in many ways. Recently my workouts have been diverse: biking, 6 mile hike, indoor rock climbing, combo lifts, and then a couple of more basic things. #changeisgood

I started having seizures since I was 15, I’m 23 now. Had 2 EEGS and was told It may be caused due to having PTSD from childhood abuse. Just had a seizure while directing traffic on the 4th of July. #EpilepsyAwareness #Epilepsy
