Parents deserve the utmost confidence in the safety of infant formula. Our bipartisan bill would expand the list of pathogens that the FDA must test to ensure our youngest are protected when getting essential nourishment.

Happy Independence Day! 🇺🇸 On our Semiquincentennial, may we reflect and rejoice on 250 years of the American Experiment. And may we always rise up to our promise of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Have a happy, safe, and healthy Fourth!

What a profound moment to gather at Independence Hall, where are Founding Fathers pledged “our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor.” 

Because of their immense courage, we have our precious democracy.

I pressed Secretary Rubio and Steve Witkoff on the deal with Iran.    Apparently, they don’t want tough questions.

123 days into an illegal, reckless war with Iran—and Congress is being silenced. When @RepDean tried to conduct oversight, they cut her mic and @SecRubio called her question "smart assed and stupid." That's not accountability- it's an assault on Congress' constitutional role. No administration is above the law, and certainly not the unelected, unappointed volunteers running U.S. foreign policy. When those in power silence oversight, democracy is in danger. Sec. Rubio must apologize and come before Congress to testify about the shady “concepts of a deal” going on. ms.now/the-last-word/…

Happy 250th, America! 🇺🇸 🎂 Kicking off this historic anniversary with a beautiful celebration at the Montgomery County Court House. Our Founding Fathers envisioned a haven of freedom and justice for all. We are all called to live up to our highest American ideals.

The Reflecting Pool should mirror our history. Instead, it’s now surrounded by cameras, out-of-state police, and the empty symbolism of this administration. As Americans and affordability are pushed aside, this is not a reflection we recognize.

In March, our Commonwealth and community sounded the alarm: no inhumane warehousing of people in Berks or Schuylkill. Now, ICE is backing down. Accountability doesn’t stop here — what I witnessed in Moshannon, Philadelphia, and Dilley demands more from this administration.

We are at our best when we are engaged in our democracy. That was clear at the Progress for the People Town Hall in Bethlehem! Thank you to the residents of the Lehigh Valley who shared their concerns about high costs, healthcare, and more. I am heartened by such a strong commitment to our future.

Happy Father's Day! May we reflect and thank the incredible men in our lives who, by example, teach us unconditional love, strength, and generosity. Here’s to all the dads! ❤️

Happy Juneteenth! Five years since becoming a federal holiday day, Juneteenth is a day of joy, resilience, and a full telling of American history. In 1865, news of the Emancipation Proclamation reached the farthest corner of our nation — Galveston, Texas. Finally, in writing and in life, freedom rang. May we always strive for our highest American ideals of freedom and justice for all.

Operation Epic Fury ends as Operation Epic Failure.

Always great and informative to meet with our Veterans Advisory Panel, including Montgomery County Veteran Affairs and the Veterans Multi-Service Center! So many of our vets carry a lifelong commitment to service, and we are fortunate to have their leadership in our region.

For 27 years, the Bipartisan Women’s Caucus laid a wreath for our women veterans. This year, it was cancelled. The generations of women who have fought, died, and sacrificed for our freedom will not be erased.

Sending the best of luck from the East Coast to L.A. for our U.S. men’s team’s first match in the World Cup — especially PA’s own Christian Pulisic! ⚽️ Go Team USA! 🇺🇸
