Noa Argamani (25), Almog Meir Jan (21), Andrey Kozlov (27), and Shlomi Ziv (40) were rescued in a special operation by the IDF, ISA and Israel Police from 2 separate locations in the heart of Nuseirat after being kidnapped by Hamas from the Nova music festival. They are in good medical condition and have been transferred to the 'Sheba' Tel-HaShomer Medical Center for further medical examinations. I disagree with Canada's vote at the United Nations today. I do not support its call for Israel to agree to what is, effectively, an unconditional ceasefire. At present, that would only place in further jeopardy the safety and security of Israelis & Palestinians in Gaza.

Waking up to these images from my local Starbucks at Bathurst and Eglinton in Toronto, an area w/ a large Jewish population. In case your struggling to read the hate graffiti, it says, “a cup of coffee, you mean a cup of blood”, “stop killing babies” and “blood on your hands”. This is the daily reality for Jews in Canada. Pleading w/ our leaders to do all they can to calm things down.

Even as Canadian-Israeli peace activist Vivian Silver’s remains are identified weeks after 10/7 massacre by Hamas genocidal terrorists - that burned alive, mutilated, raped, abducted - thousands of Israelis; Even as same lethal strain of antisemitism that fuelled worst atrocities perpetrated against Jews since the Holocaust, fuels responses to 10/7 - that deny, justify, support & attack Jews in Canada & around world in their wake; this from PM @JustinTrudeau. Indeed. “Even wars have rules”. And barbaric Hamas genocidal terrorists violate them ALL. Israel continues to do everything to keep civilians out of harm’s way. Hamas uses them as shields & sacrifices, keeping them in harm’s way. Hamas alone must be held accountable for committing thousands of double war crimes & crimes against humanity - targeting civilians while hiding behind civilians. False moral equivalence fuels & empowers genocidal terror & its supporting murderous regimes in a raging war - committed not only to annihilating Israel & murder Jews, but to build an alternate reality on the rubble of our shared civilization. To win this war - our world will need leaders, with moral clarity & courage. Shame.
