@OvercastFM Lock Screen widget not appearing/available as an option on my iPhone 8 mini on 16.0.2. Hard restart didn’t help. Any suggestions?

@walkyourcamera Dido. Have a property full of dead/dying ash. The 271 has been a great saw that’s held up to some good abuse.

@walkyourcamera Good to hear. Longer bar? Standard on the 170 is 16” from what I’ve seen. Already own a 271 Farm Boss as well w a 20” bar. So 16” should suit my limbing needs.

@captureonepro @nicolas_det Yes. Thanks. I did that already and set it for Icon only. But it’s not *truly* legacy, the new icons are bigger than they were before so take up more tool panel width.

@nicolas_det @captureonepro I have found this too. I’ve lost real estate from my viewer panel becuase I had to widen my side tool panel to fit all the icons and avoid the expansion arrow and hidden icons. Not great

@captureonepro Yes: The new toolbar's icons made the desktop version a little bit worse as before: they are ugly (my taste) but also bigger. As a result, do not work well with laptop / small monitor.

@outercorner I see the icon menu bar option, but I’m not missing any option to hide Secrets from the dock when open am I? It’d be nice to see that as a user choice as well. I like to keep a minimal dock.

@airbuddyapp new user, can’t seem to set my AirPods as fav’s. star won’t click orange (screenshot). Nor can I get my Apple Watch 4 to connect (latest firmware all around). Any tips?

@smittenkitchen Grams. Especially when weights are given in grams for the rest of the ingredients - no need to tinker with the scale readings. Also makes math easier esp in bread making.

[While working on my next book, I'd theorized that those who have scales out would prefer to use them vs. rustling up a liquid measuring cup for, say, 45ml water. But pulling out a scale just to measure 45g water also seems absurd, right?] Thank you, as ever, for your opinions!

A question: If you use a scale when you cook — i.e. always use weights instead of cups/spoons when provided — do you prefer that your liquid measurements are in ml (volume) or by weight (grams)?

@edbrydon @herdyshepherd1 Recently finished reading this. It was beautifully written and a well balanced look at both the challenges and necessity of transitioning to regenerative agriculture. A well deserved award.

This book has been absolutely vital in my research and thought process for my photographic work with people using sustainable and regenerative farming. Thank you for writing it, for you openness and honesty, and for showing us a way forward. Congrats @herdyshepherd1
