Why is there always money to bomb people, but never any money to feed, house or care for people?

@timlevell do you remember this? Someone uploaded it to YouTube and sent it to me. A blast from the past! But what great memories! Doing that report was one of the highlights of my childhood. Hope you’re well! youtu.be/N_NrLup6c-s

@rking89 Yes, absolutely. I had the time of my life. Even briefly met Steven Spielberg in Jurassic Park Island. It was the second report I did for Newsround, but definitely the best experience. I miss the 90s!

@rking89 Brilliant “roundnews” 😂 love it. Those were the days. Such great memories. Thanks so much for sending the link. It made my day seeing that again, especially since I thought it was lost for all time.

@MatthewKeegan15 I was amazed too, not sure how it's ended up on there. I'm the English kid you interviewed at 1.22, it was an experience in itself being in the park that day let alone being on newsround or roundnews as your American producer called it that day when we got asked to be interviewed

"A carbon neutral skyscraper is not just a possibility, it's a necessity." My piece for BBC Future Planet on how Hong Kong is turning up the dial on high-rise sustainable design, as the city aims for net-zero emissions by 2050. #sustainabledevelopment bbc.com/future/article…

It's easily become the largest outdoor collection of deities in Hong Kong, but the vast collection of abandoned gods and its resident caretaker remain relatively unknown to most Hongkongers.

For more than 30 years, one man has been collecting thousands of unwanted, abandoned gods on a hillside in Hong Kong’s Waterfall Bay Park. Truly a stunning sight to see! My piece for BBC Travel's '50 Reasons to Love the World - 2021' series. bbc.com/travel/story/2…
