The car will let you out at the store’s entrance, then proceed to locate a parking space. It will identify open spots far more effectively than a person. Let’s see if this is included with the update. Super excited.

FSD 14.2 is good enough, I don't even know what I'd want to see added in FSD 14.3

FSD is legitimately amazing. In the month I’ve had my new Model Y (bought on the last day you could purchase FSD outright), I’ve driven with it enabled 98% of the time. The only times I take over are for parking spot selection and avoiding potholes/road debris. Last night I missed one intervention and hit some debris. Front tire somehow survived the initial hit, but $485 and two hours later… new tire installed. Really hoping FSD 14.3 improves pothole and debris avoidance. Other than that? It’s genuinely better than a human driver.

No, that’s just the little advanced technology fab, where we will be iterating on chip designs. We couldn’t possibly fit the Terafab on the GigaTexas campus. It will be far bigger than everything else combined there. Several locations for Terafab are under consideration. It needs thousands of acres and over 10GW of power at full scale.

Holy moly, Tesla/SpaceX’s Terafab will be ~100 million square feet, which is 10X larger than the main Giga Texas building, which itself is ~1 mile long. No wonder the Terafab won’t fit on the existing Giga Texas campus 🤯
