Ridiculous flight out of @LNKairport on @united this morning. There’s literally one plane at the entire airport. They’ve had us roasting in this plane for an hour now, no air and not departing. One plane. Do better! This is horrible service.

Today marks three years since I spoke at my father’s funeral. Life can and will change within a moment. So we must do our best to be “in” the moment. No matter if it’s tears or in laughter. Feel it, experience it, process it. But be “in” the moment. Not yesterdays moments or tomorrows moments. This moment. The past year of seeing a counselor has helped me heal in many ways. The first two years were absolutely BRUTAL! This year has been one of inward reflection and dealing with the pain in a healthy manner. That wasn’t always the case and the consequences are also brutal. I’m grateful for growth and grace. My Pops was the epitome of maximizing moments and I do my best to do the same. I fail daily, but it’s a great standard to do my best to strive for. It’s your attitude, it’s your choice!
