@WheatWatcher @HoolyMcg In his defence. Some truly are. The lack of general life understanding is staggering at times.

@HoolyMcg Two days ago you called city folk 'retarded', now you want them to do you a favour......

@hasselljpb Same here “we know what people buy every year at what time of year, just don’t ask for more than that - we’re keeping it fair”

#Agtwitter. How are you utilising artificial intelligence in your ag business today? Plenty of theoretical and potential uses but I’m interested in what people’s first steps have been and what they have actually gotten value from. TIA & RT Appreciated.

@melrose6405 I studied at Curtin.
Can’t speak to Marcus sorry no experience with the place.
Heading home to run farm - Curtin
Heading down the R&D agronomy line - UWA
End of the day uni is an expensive way to network and develop you ability to question the norm and think laterally.

@AdamCoffeyNT @Rocket0764 @CaroDiRusso This is why people should stay away from Esperance. Baaaaad place lots of sharks. Would not recommend.

@CasFarmerCD @JamieNicolaou You’re 100% right on the process. Advice I’ve been given is regardless of material, condition it hard, spread it wide, get it dry and get it in a bale yesterday.
Like I say, I’m a novice, cow preference tells me that seredella clover rye shits all over straight cereal.
English

@Matthewbell205 @JamieNicolaou I thought barley was best, then rye, then oats etc. Higher sugar ferments better. Key is to get it dry enough quickly, to get the anaerobic process happening before too much aerobic decomposition happens.
English

@JamieNicolaou To be honest I’m a bit of a silage novice. I believe ryegrass>oats>other cereals.
Timing is probably more critical than species?
English

@Matthewbell205 How does it go in silage, as in feed test wise? I’ve got some here which will need to go into silage.
