@JasonKPurdy Hey Jason, I am sorry you feel that way. We spent a lot of time working with a neurodiverse sensitivity consultant. His involvement began right from the initial conception of the story, throughout the shoot and during the edit, 1/5

@JasonKPurdy and other neurodiverse viewers we screened the film too during post production, felt we did a good job, but I am sorry to hear that it didn’t work for you. 4/5

@JasonKPurdy Instead, we consciously tried to convey his EUPD as just another aspect of his character that was present but not dramatised especially. Both our neurodiverse writer, our advisor, along with a clinical psychologist (all credited in the end credits). 3/5

@JasonKPurdy to ensure we correctly and respectfully portrayed Matty's, emotionally unstable personality disorder (he is not autistic). Part of that is to treat his character like any other and not make his condition a point of the story. 2/5
