Gerrard on why he decided to stay at Liverpool

Sunderland v Man Utd untouched by latest TV picks. Saturday, 9 May. 3pm.

Just a quick reminder, as I’ve seen a few people mention over the weekend that they weren’t aware of the need to “pledge your intention” to renew your Season Ticket for the 26/27 season by 5pm on Tuesday, 31 March. To do this, log in at tickets.manutd.com, go to Season Tickets in the menu (click on your name/initials), select your Season Ticket, choose Renew, and then on the next screen select “Renew later.” You can do this for anyone you’re in a Strong Relationship with as well. The actual deadline to complete your Season Ticket renewal with payment is 6pm on Friday, 15 May. I’ll post a few more reminders as we get closer to both deadlines.

#ProudUnc but is this too mainstream

🚨🎙️ | Collette Roche, #mufc CEO of New Stadium Development, asked if plans are the same as initially announced: “Yeah, absolutely. It's the same ambition, same vision, we want to build a stadium that's befitting of our past but also fit for the future. We want to make that we keep what's important. “The special memories that people have had, not just for our fans but for our players, so we need to create a new stadium that retains that essence, the matchday routines, the emotion, the intimidating atmosphere for the away fans and make sure that we build something really, really special. “And we think we can do that through a 100,000-seater stadium. Because we're so blessed, we've got a season-ticking waiting list, so we think it's our duty and our desire to give them the opportunity to come and witness what we know will be a fantastic experience in our new stadium.” [MU]

10 years ago today Marcus Rashford did this. Beautiful stuff.

BREAKING: Iranian missiles have struck multiple points in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

There should be an unwritten rule in my opinion that away fans are lower tier in every football stadium.

I fantasized that Guardiola would go out on a blaze of glory but that was never truly possible, he would fizzle out like other all time great coaches did. It would be pointless for him to stay at Manchester City for another season, time to go on a sabbatical or straight up retire.

Sunderland AFC today confirms that the Premier League has approved the Club’s request for away supporters to remain in the North Stand Upper at the Stadium of Light for the 2026-27 season.
