@Matty82A We know how it feels and we’re really sorry, outages in the Gosford area have been far too frequent lately. We understand how disruptive this is and we’re working closely with our partners to get this resolved as quickly as possible.

@Matty82A @beourmate Hi Matty, our network status page only shows outages impacting the nbn network in your area. It does not display outages affecting your service provider's own network or faults impacting your individual service. Please contact your provider for assistance. ^Jack

@NBN_Australia @beourmate Why is it when there's a lengthy outage at my home this is always the status on the NBN website? Does this mean it's always a @beourmate issue?
