Simply put, if a buyer wants it and there’s limited comps, they gotta pay up or just move on lol Availability and scarcity is rarely ever put into the equation. Comps are more so for the common stuff we can see and buy everyday - supply and demand. Buyer don’t like your price? You can tell em to go look for another. 1. Hard to find another and 2. Even if they do, they still have to do the whole ordeal all over again. I know you know this, just putting this here so others can see lol

How do you interpret this interaction? Me: "Posts card for sale with limited comps" Buyer: "Can you justify your price for me?" I've always been conflicted on this type of message. On one hand I understand with limited sales it is hard to come up with a value, On the other hand, should the buyer determine what they think it is worth and if my price makes sense to them first? I don't feel like me justifying my price would convince someone to buy something where they didn't already think the value made sense.

@BehavioralMacro @capitaloptimism What do you think prolonged higher oil prices do to the markets? We don’t exactly have the same type of economy we did in the 70’s.
