NEW: Pennsylvania woman horrified to find a massive swastika and German war eagle tiled into her basement floor after purchasing the home. The woman is now suing the seller, claiming the symbol was purposely hidden during the inspection. "It's mine now, and I don't want it, but it's mine. I own it, which is horrific... I was just shocked, mortified," said homeowner Lynn Rae Wentworth. The seller says he installed the floor in the 1970s and said the swastika symbol is "a positive thing," arguing that it was a popular design on greeting cards and sports uniforms in the 1920s. "The explanation that [the seller] gave, basically, is that the swastika is an ancient symbol that means many different things in many different cultures, and in most cultures, it's a positive thing," Attorney Daniel Stoner said. You know those movie scenes of MMA fighters “brawling” with actors? Here Comes The Boom, for example. Yeah, they’re actors, who’d get obliterated in a real scenario. If one of those fighters decided to break character, beat the dog shit out of Kevin James, leading to needing resuscitation, they would go to prison for intent to cause bodily harm, and likely catch an attempted manslaughter case in the process. Sorry isn’t enough. Say the whole beer can to to the head was real (clearly fake), if he punched the guy then and there and knocked him out, without all the other repeated violence, there’d me more of a “heat of the moment” type reaction from outsiders. It’d still be wrong for punching a literal actor, but it’d be more justifiable. But no, he received an apology from the guy, who clearly regretted it after finding out Raja wasn’t apart of the act, and it wasn’t good enough. He calculated his revenge, premeditated it all, and struck when the opening was there. Knocked him unconscious with the cheap slam, and deliberately pummeled an already concussed brain until he was forced off of him. That right there is intent in itself, and 100% grounds for prison time.
