@FitbitUK @FitbitSupport last year you gave me a years free premium subscription because my Fitbit ionic was recalled. Now you’ve charged me £80 without my consent, & your website wouldn’t allow me to cancel the subscription before it renewed. Why won’t you give me a refund?!

@bt_uk trees outside my property boundary are leaning on my phone line, pulling it off the building and regularly causing my wifi to lose internet connection, spoken to open reach twice in the last few months, nothing done about it so far…?

@bt_uk But they say it’s BT responsibility as it’s to do the with cable from the pole?! What am I meant to do if no one takes responsibility?

@bt_uk Not really helpful - I’m not a BT customer but the problem is with BT equipment, I’ve reported the problem to Openreach twice but nothing has happened. Can you give me any more help?
