your mom@iiHooligun

@nyaraVT Well technically, based on your logic, you’re a woman correct? And you’re attracted to men? So, that makes you straight … so why are you celebrating pride month 🤷‍♂️

I, a trans girl just filmed with a straight guy and guess what.. He's still straight. But.. How?! Because trans women are women so if you're a straight guy who likes all sorts of women, including trans women.. and you don't like men, you're still completely straight. So don't worry about it, let me slide into your DMs. I swear a purple haired tgirl could fix you.

I got clocked HARD today 💔 a guy screamed at me on a bus: “Wait… thats a man!” 😰 I was stunned at first but then I turned around and said: “So what??” He immediately started laughing nervously, telling me how “weird” I am… So I said: “What’s weird is your obsession with total strangers” 😤 Then he had nothing to say and everyone else on the bus cheered for me 🥰 A few tears ago this would’ve ruined my day, now it only reminded me how strong I am as a trans woman 🏳️‍⚧️

@Maud1918 @nyaraVT A pansexual can form sexual attraction to a person regardless of gender or presentation. A demisexual typically only forms sexual attraction with people they develop a deep emotional bond with. Trans(gender) is someone whose biological sex is contrary to their perceived gender.

A Message to Every Company in the United Kingdom. Do not comply with the EHRC guidance on single sex spaces. Not because the law does not matter. Because you already know what this guidance actually does and what it will cost you to implement it. You know that transgender women using men’s facilities will be subjected to humiliation, abuse and violence. You know that your duty of care to your employees and customers does not stop at the door of a toilet. You know that a transgender woman on your staff who is sent to the men’s changing room is a transgender woman you have placed in danger. You know this. Act like it. The EHRC guidance states that you may apply biological sex distinctions where proportionate. It does not require you to do so. May is not must. Proportionate is not absolute. You have discretion. Use it. Keep your transgender inclusive policies. Keep your gender neutral facilities. Keep the cultures you have built that allow transgender employees to work safely and transgender customers to shop, travel, eat, access services and exist in your spaces without being degraded or endangered. Here is what happens if you comply. Your transgender employees leave. The ones who stay are placed in daily danger. Your customers who are transgender stop coming. Their allies, the people who love them, the people who stand with them, who make up a significant and vocal part of your consumer base, notice. They notice and they do not forget and they make choices about where they spend their money accordingly. Your brand becomes associated with the decision to prioritise a contested legal guidance over the safety of some of the most vulnerable people in your workforce and customer base. That is not a legal requirement. That is a choice. Here is what happens if you do not comply. You stand on the right side of a legal battle that is coming. Because the scientific evidence for why people are transgender, the neuroscience, the genetics, the prenatal hormone research, the global medical consensus, the four thousand years of documented gender diversity across every human culture, is going to court. A mass class action is being built. Every company that implemented this guidance, that turned away a transgender employee or customer, that removed inclusive policies under pressure from a guidance that said may not must, will be part of that record. Every company that held the line will also be part of that record. History is being written right now in the policies you choose to keep and the ones you choose to abandon. The science does not support what the EHRC guidance produces in practice. The evidence does not support it. The medical consensus does not support it. The companies that understood this early and acted accordingly will not need to explain themselves later. The companies that complied will. You have discretion. You have duty of care. You have values statements on your websites that say you are committed to inclusion, to dignity, to the safety of every person who works for you and every customer who walks through your door. Now is when those statements mean something or they do not. Do not comply. Protect your people. The law gives you the room to do it. Use it. Fight this!

@BadWritingTakes Trans people never had the legal protection to enter spaces assigned by sex which has always been a protected characteristic of the equality law. Trans people ignored the law. Trans people are now being asked to adhere to a law they ignored.

"as long as it remains women-only" For clarity, in the UK women's toilets have been used by trans women for literal decades. For quite a lot of that time with legal protection to do so. There is quite literally no data to compare Rowling's claim to.

Gyll King Post Skip Diplomacy
Did you know Bethany Hutchinson who led the claim against Darlington Hospital that cost the NHS over £600K didn’t ever, not once, share a changing room with her trans colleague. She passed her in a corridor & was ‘alarmed’. Could have spent £600K improving changing facilities.

Honestly, you people are so weird. Why are you following me with your latest anon account Maud? You talk about “invading spaces” - but follow the accounts of a group of people you hate? Fuck off. What is your problem with women who are trans? Has a trans woman attacked you in a public loo? Piss off and leave trans folk alone.
