@SMtQuakers2 @BritishQuakers 84% of lesbians are cool with trans people. 86% of Hampstead Pond users want the ponds to continue being trans inclusive. Only 2% of people polled by YouGov thought trans was a national issue. No lesbians are forced to sleep with ANYONE least of all transwomen. Minority bigotry.

Britain is now only just above Russia and Hungary on trans rights.
We are below Armenia, Romania, Kosovo, Turkey, Serbia and Belarus.
The anti-trans movement has, for now, won a decisive victory in Britain.
It will not last.
This historic injustice will be rectified.

A cause for national shame. This is the Rainbow Map for LGBTI+ rights across Europe. Until 2015, the UK was top. We've now collapsed down the rankings - and are the worst in Western Europe. We're now near Albania.

It’s a mens rights movement; shoehorning any male who wants to encroach on women’s intimate, private spaces, sports, shortlists or awards because they says they ‘feels’ like something they are not. It’s why the Supreme Court made it clear - the law is based on biological reality

BREAKING: 2026 Rainbow Map names Spain the safest country in Europe for LGBT, with the UK languishing in 22nd spot behind Estonia. The UK has now joined Bulgaria, Georgia, Hungary, Russia and Slovakia in having explicit bans or other legal limitations - in our case the UKSC ruling - making legal gender recognition for trans people impossible or redundant. The supreme court did not set out any "rules" for workplace toilets as they were ruling on the equality act. Such "rules" as exist are contained with the 1992 workplace regulations. They only state that EITHER seperate single sex OR sufficient gender neutral must be provided

Streeting is despised by the vast majority of LGBTQ people for throwing the trans community under the bus. Labour needs to realise it's burned so many bridges to chase socially conservative voters, and it's a tactic that's failed miserably.

I realise it is a third-tier issue, at most, but it would also be amazing for Labour to give us the UK’s first openly gay Prime Minister. It would say a lot about our modern, liberal democracy. It would be a loud reaffirmation of values that seem to be constantly under fire.

A key fact emerging from the local elections is that Black and Brown Britons appear to be done with Labour. They have switched to the Greens or indie candidates. This helps explain why Labour lost in virtually all the highly diverse areas they once were able to bank on.
