I have this conversation with the GP receptionist about once a year… not everyone is digitally up to date. They just expect them to solve it somehow, though.

Got to work to find an elderly gentleman has been sat outside waiting for me. He’s been really anxious all weekend. Housing benefit has stopped because he couldn’t manage to digitally send proof of pension, despite explaining his struggles. Digital exclusion is a huge issue

Does it ever occur to people that not everyone is 100% honest about their experiences due to being afraid of being judged by friends/family/people? As anyone who found a fault with the vax in the past 2 yrs was called names and was labelled an anti-vaxxer… 🙄

@DaniiiiV Funny that I’ve had 3 jabs, never had covid and im actually growing my hair. I haven’t ever met a single person who’s had a n adverse reaction to any of the jabs apart from a sore arm and a minor headache. Go figure huh
