Quick thoughts on Caleb and Maxx interview. Caleb is always super well spoken and confident. Hearing him talk about all the little details of Ben’s staff and how they found success was great. Loved hearing Caleb say he likes to pig out for 2 weeks and eats whatever he wants. He has his schedule, diet, fitness all planned out and is never stressed about it. He’s excited to get back to work. He’s fighting the urge. When Caleb was talking about the soldier field atmosphere and the city of Chicago loving football overall, Maxx looked impressed/ jealous. He understands the patience needed at the quarterback position how guys like Brady, manning, Stafford all had growing pains in the early years and how he can knows he can keep growing. I think the 2 had great chemistry through the interview, was a nice warm inviting room, 3rd guy was a kind of a dork. Lastly- Maxx on this team would be sick, i think those 2 respect the hell out of eachother. It all comes down to the cost. We don’t need to give up the farm, but we would love Maxx on this team.
