I don’t really get how people think that Michael B. Jordan wasn’t the standout actor in Sinners or that he was good but can’t compare to his fellow nominees. Sinners felt like the defining work of not just Ryan Coogler’s career but Michael’s too. How he manages to create such a range of relationships and juxtapose 2 entirely different personalities from mannerisms to vocal delivery and the emotional baggage while being able to ground them together so they feel like actual twins who can see eye to eye with a shared understanding of painstaking ambition is nothing short of outstanding.

You will find few athletic resumes in multiple sports equal to his.

They’ve won the league 4 times, the most recent was in 1927. Last year, they won their 1st major trophy since 1955. They’ve been relegated out of the PL 3 times since its creation just over 30 years ago. I really don’t know why we all conform to this nonsense that they are a ‘sleeping giant.’
