YTD performance: • S&P 500: -5% • Nasdaq: -7% • Apple: -8.5% • Nvidia: -8.5% • Meta: -9% • Amazon: -10% • Tesla: -16% • Microsoft: -19% It's really not a big deal if you're a long-term investor. Tesla's long-term potential hasn't changed.

@AndyZeGerman Same here, Intel HW3. I gotta tell you though, in some ways it's more relaxing on 12.6.3 than v14. The max speed profiles means I don't have to continually make sure I'm not going to get a ticket. I'm in Virginia. Anything 20 over is a criminal misdemeanor charge.

There’s no blanket advice for this. It’s completely dependant on the situation and specific data. For example, how long is the 3% locked for? How many other debts are there? Income? Expenses? Assets? Age? Property location, etc. You’re trying to make your own decision and can’t decide. From everything you’ve said, it seems to make sense to pay off your mortgage early…for YOU.

@OutofSpecDetail The only reason why you don’t mind the top half of the wheel is because there’s nothing nice it’s blocking. The yoke is nice in the plaid because you can see the entire instrument cluster.
