If there had been an illegal hit, even if the refs missed it in-game, Luvu would've been fined. Bit that never happened. Because the hit was legal. See how that works?

Try again. And watch closely. Zero head to head contact. Shoulder on shoulder. Head definitely comes close, but Hurts wasn't sliding so he ain't protected from incidental head contact (which never happened).
