With multiple anomoly owns, Nangong simply would never leave that team, and if it calls for double anomoly especially now with an anomoly push, we could see Vesper + Fiend or a Miyabi boss, thus NEED Vivian.

Trying with Nangong (minus engine) struggles 30k and barely has videos with them together besides massively nerding out. There's also the whole reason pulling Nangong
