Technicians in IOCs within Nigeria receive 24x the offer Dangote gives to his technicians. And I see Kemi saying Dangote told her he struggles to employ talents. Pay industry standards and you will be amazed by the talent you will find. Qatar energy employs Nigerian technicians year in year out and Dangote is still looking for talent. Nigeria is not in short supply of talent. What we lack is honourable leaders of industries.
