@TicketmasterCS Hi, I emailed 11 days ago and the auto email said I would hear back within 10 days. And my event is in 4 days time. Doesn’t give me a lot of time. Is there any other communication methods? I am really concerned!

Super desperate to speak to someone at @Ticketmaster regarding tickets for a show I’ve got tickets to taking place in 7 days time.

@Ticketmaster this is really urgent now. I need to speak to ticketmaster ASAP regarding tickets for an event in 7 days I can no longer attend. Transfer/resale not on my app. Event organisers have said it’s not their problem it’s the ticket sellers. Really need your help. Thanks!
