Our distance ladies did a wonderful job tonight & placed well above expectations! Congrats to @vanessa54114460 for hitting a massive PR of 5:42.43 placing 2nd in the 1600m with @aubreyh1103 in 6th while also placing 4th in the 800m alongside 5th @LilyGross__ @PMFalconSports

We asked a lot of @trisnanguyen & Bendu Merchant with both ladies coming up big for us! Trisna will advance to Regionals in 100m Hurdles 16.72 PR (Runner-Up) and Bendu will advance in the 300m Hurdles (Runner-Up 48.04) while helping our 4x100 team place 2nd! @PMFalconSports
