1/ Ordered a gas stove from @ZeptoNow and what I received could have literally cost me my life. The product was defective and had a gas leak from the main burner. No proper quality check at all.

“Arranged a replacement later” that too of wrong product was sent and no action or anything was taken when they semt a life threatening product; a replacement that too wrong, atleast tell everything. NP GONNA GO TO CONSUMER COURT NOW 😂 @ZeptoNow

Received call from zepto social media team, still none took responsibility for life threatening product still just a “return” after wasting time. Now will take more legal action from consumer court. Wont leave this issue this time @zeptocares @ZeptoNow Full thread:

I denied the return, as none took accountability. Zepto doesn’t have any QC team and doesn’t care about a customer life, all they can do is on exchange still send wrong product, and later say we can arrange return lmao #consumer @zeptocares @ZeptoNow
