🚨 JUST IN: President Trump takes huge VICTORY LAP after the climate change "experts" at the United Nations announce they were WRONG
"GOOD RIDDANCE! After 15 years of Dumocrats promising that “Climate Change” is going to destroy the Planet, the United Nations TOP Climate Committee just admitted that its own projections (RCP8.5) were WRONG! WRONG! WRONG!"
"For far too long Climate Activism has been used by Dumocrats to scare Americans, push horrible Energy Polices, and fund BILLIONS into their bogus research programs."
"Unlike the Dumocrats, who use Climate Alarmism nonsense to push their GREEN NEW SCAM, my Administration will always be based on TRUTH, SCIENCE, and FACT! President DONALD J. TRUMP"
This was one huge FRAUD.
Never fund the green scams again! 🔥

@East10Outpost Found more on Linda Schele and the Jester God. This drawing is simply amazing in its detail.

Palenque: Panel from Temple of the foliated cross. Late Classic Maya. Drawing by Linda Schele. K'inich kan b'alam II holds jester god figurine. At center, a world tree, embellished with jewels and maize god heads, grows from a waterlily monster. Itzam-ye (the celestial bird) perches atop the tree.

7/ I'm starting to ramble and the work day calls for my attention so I'll end it here with some classic photos. I neglected to mention look how deeply buried parts of the site were. Unlike some sites the preservation and restoration at Baalbek has been pretty well done and not a full re-imaging like some places (looking at you Turkey). Cheers and take care.

English

🧵1/7 That "spinning object" got my mind spinning again about Baalbek. I think we in the alt-history community sometimes throw "megalithic" around where it might be applicable. At Baalbek there might need to be a new word like gigalithic or titanolithic. The scale is simply unseen anywhere else on earth. Not the giants at Sacsayhuaman or in Egypt. Baalbek Lebanon was simply built a scale no culture before or after attempted. The issue comes down to "who" and "when" and unfortunately the answers given are unsatisfactory.

@BetterParties @helen_m_stevens The yoga deck was built by friend, Pat. In the YT video there's a billboard listing all the birds that can be seen on the expansive property, including recommending Yabani for birdwatchers -- my top guide...for years.
Yes, the view, both day and night, is awesome.

@Mayascribe @helen_m_stevens What a wonderful deck and view!

The Turquoise-browed motmot from Central America is steeped in the folklore of the Mayan people. Among its later folknames is the "Clock Bird", a tale arising with the invention of the pendulum clock ... The bird was once, so it was said, the time keeper of the birds, waking them at dawn with its "whoop-whoop" call. One morning it overslept, and lost all the feathers along its tail, except for the spectacular pendulums which it kept as a constant reminder to check the clock!
Much more ancient was the belief that the Motmot was the guardian of the Underworld. Favouring dark, quiet places as roosts, they sought out "cenotes" (natural sinkholes) in the jungle where deep shafts ended in seemingly bottomless waters leading to the realms of the dead. Today, Mayan travelers still listen for the bird’s distinctive call or follow its flight to find clean water.

Dr. Ed Barnhart -- "This video explores the remarkable intelligence of the ancient Maya—one of the most advanced civilizations of the ancient world, whose achievements still challenge modern understanding. From their precise knowledge of astronomy to their complex calendar systems, the Maya developed ways of tracking time and the cosmos with striking accuracy. Their architecture, mathematics, and symbolic systems reveal a civilization operating with extraordinary sophistication. At the center of this cultural legacy stands Kʼinich Kan Bʼalam II, one of the most important rulers of Palenque. His reign marked a golden age of artistic and architectural achievement, during which some of the most detailed inscriptions and monumental works in Maya history were created. His contributions to the city’s temples, inscriptions, and ceremonial spaces reflect not just political power, but a deep integration of astronomy, ritual, and dynastic storytelling that defined Maya rulership. But what makes the Maya truly fascinating isn’t just what they built—it’s how they understood existence itself. Their ability to merge science, spirituality, and art created a worldview that feels both ancient and surprisingly advanced. This video takes a closer look at the genius of the Maya, using figures like Kan Bʼalam to explore how knowledge, power, and belief were deeply connected in their civilization. By reexamining their discoveries and cultural achievements, we gain a deeper appreciation for a society that was far ahead of its time—and whose legacy continues to shape how we understand human potential. If you’re interested in ancient civilizations, hidden knowledge, and the mysteries of human history, this is a deep dive you won’t want to miss."

@glennbeck Didn’t Hillary Clinton write her graduate paper at Harvard on Sal Alinsky? Didn’t Obama go to Columbia University where professors Cloward & Piven taught all things Alinsky? Didn’t Nadler, Feinstein and Kirby all go to Columbia?
English

See for yourselves. They actually compare Alinsky to Thomas Paine. But sure, tell me again how tying Obama to Alinsky is a conspiracy theory.
