I know Craig S. Wright is a hated person in the crypto world or in the Bitcoin world. But the shared PDF is not stupid, it has a tons of objectively good points. I would say it is a must read. It is true that current BTC abandoned the P2P payment network vision. I wish that to be pursued. I would love to just keep and use BTC directly on the Bitcoin chain, without custodians for any single payment and to have a real revolution of having a totally parallel payment system. It would be wonderful.

Bitcoin and Ethereum both failed as blokchain, but if we look at top 10 XRP and DOGE too at least failed as blockchain technology. Sadly, at the top, the kings of decentralisation are getting more and more centralised. It is more and more acceptable to have custodian services and not users on the chain. Most of the L2s on Ethereum and Bitcoin has a smaller security than ByBit as CEX. Especially on Ethereum, most L2s and funds are kept in a small upgradable multisig, same as for CEXs. But in case of CEXs there are a set of big regulations on top of code. We need to go back to the CYBERPUNK era. Everything on chain. Everything decentralised. Everything permissionless. These are the VALUES of blockchain. If these values are deleted, nothing matters any more. Build more, build correctly!
