We have multi billionaires in this country, and mega millionaires across all sectors and from every regions. Rather then fix our problems by investing, they prefer to either partner with the govt or focus on how to milk us for every penny's worth. Take ambulance for example, what stops one elite from investing into that and making it affordable for the masses? The best they do is donate one ambulance in the name of charity and use it to make headlines, like one does anything for the hospital to begin with.
