@TMobileHelp @TMobile the customer service experience in getting T-Mobile to service Their faulty fiber Equipment has been a total disaster. If they refuse to send a technician, I would like them to come and get their equipment and hope my neighbors would do the same.

@TMobileHelp Unfortunately, even through DM, I keep getting the same pathetic responses. All I want is someone to service their faulty equipment. TMobile is courteous enough to bait you into being a customer, but failure in support. Should I Try another vendor?

Public service is always about putting people above politics. When good policies grow people, then politics are influenced by the people in a positive way.

Can God trust you with what you have before you ask him for more? You have to be willing to carry the weight and own the responsibility for what comes with having more. To have more the Lord has to reposition you so He can trust you... so get ready to be purged.

@SamsClub Tulsa on Mingo is a total disappointment to customer service. A cashier insisted that I use scan and go which charged our church card $322.37, then glitched. The cashier along with her supervisor attempted to swipe the card again after I showed them Sam's already charged me once. The "manager's" solution... trust Sam's to lock my debit card in a safe and then drive back to Sam's on Monday morning to get it back. If customers cannot trust scan and go why should they trust Sam to hold their business debit card over the weekend? Sam's is proof that volume of stores does not equal quality service. Our business loyalty to Sam's means nothing so I will encourage others as we will do to shop elsewhere!
